An exclusive single cask (#21853) from The Macallan Distillery, carefully selected by Macallan Whisky Maker Steven Bremner and Josep Roca.

Distilled in November 2008 and matured for 11 years in a single European Oak Sherry puncheon before being bottled exclusively for selected hotels, bars and restaurants in London in February 2020.
